Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the BavaQuest game and the BavaGames website (the "Services"). By downloading, accessing, or playing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. License to play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play BavaQuest for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

2. Virtual items & currency

The game includes virtual currency (such as gems and gold) and virtual items. These have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the game.
Purchases of virtual items grant a limited license to use them within the game. They are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or by Google Play's refund policy.
We may add, change, balance, or remove virtual items, currencies, and features at any time.

3. Purchases

In-app purchases are sold and processed through Google Play Billing and are also subject to Google's terms. We do not store or process your payment details.

4. Your conduct

You agree not to: cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party software, mods, or bots; reverse-engineer the game; harass other players; or attempt to disrupt the Services. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. Online features & content

Some features (PvP, guilds, leaderboards, chat where available) involve other players. You are responsible for your conduct and any content you submit. We may moderate, remove content, or restrict accounts to keep the community safe.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BavaGames is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, or for loss of virtual items or progress.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end the Services, or your access to them, in line with these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
